This Bali retreat will engage in daily wellness sessions, from power flows to arm balance workshops, and embark on enriching activities like hiking Mt. Batur at sunrise, visiting the Ubud Palace and Saraswati Temple, and relaxing in natural hot springs. Creative experiences include a silver jewelry-making class, a ritual bath at Pura Tirta Empul, and a personal growth workshop focused on intuition and self-awareness. With time to visit the classics like the Tegallalang Rice Terrace and Sacred Money Forest, this is an action packed 7 day retreat.

Trip Itinerary

  • Day 1 - Bali

    May 18, 2025

    Arrive in Ubud, settle into the villa, and join a Welcome Circle to set intentions, followed by a Power & Chill 50/50 class and a welcome dinner.

  • Day 2 - Bali

    May 19, 2025

    Start with a power yoga class, explore Ubud Palace, Saraswati Temple, and the Sacred Monkey Forest, then end the day with visits to markets and a nearby waterfall (Kibumana or Kanto Lampo)

  • Day 3 - Bali

    May 20, 2025

    Engage in an arm balance & handstand workshop, explore Ubud markets, participate in a silver jewelry class, and unwind with a gentle flow and dinner.

  • Day 4 - Bali

    May 21, 2025

    Hike Mt. Batur at sunrise, enjoy the hot springs, and spend the afternoon in a creative power flow before a relaxing evening and group dinner.

  • Day 5 - Bali

    May 22, 2025

    Start the day with morning meditation and creative power flow. Enjoy a floating breakfast with massage & spa sessions. In the afternoon, partake in a connecting to your intuition workshop before the group dinner.

  • Day 6 - Bali

    Relax at Cretya Pool and breakfast at the rice terraces. Explore Tegallalang Rice Terraces and enjoy a ritual bath at Pura Tirta Empul. End the trip with a reflective farewell dinner.
