Trip Itinerary

  • Day 1 - Puglia

    Land in Bari and settle into your accommodation.

    Head to Alberobello to marvel at its iconic trulli houses. Visit a historic masseria for an olive oil tasting, learning about olive cultivation and oil production.

  • Day 3 - Bari's Culinary Delights

    Polignano a Mare Boat Tour of the Caves. Street Food Tour in Bari old town. Enjoy some free time to wander through Bari and local craft shops.

  • Day 4 - Sicily

    Depart for Sicily, arriving in Catania. Check into your new accommodation. Explore the town of Taormina. A Sicilian dinner in Taormina,

  • Day 5 - Wine Tasting in Mt. Etna

    Dedicate this day to the wines of Sicily with a visit to Mount Etna. Embark on a wine tour, visiting multiple vineyards to taste the unique volcanic wines of the region, accompanied by gourmet local pairings.

  • Day 6 - Taormina

    Head to Taormina to participate in an Apulian cooking class and market tour with chef Massimo. Spend a free afternoon exploring Taormina or Catania at your own pace.
